Websure Modules

Websure® has the following integrated modules:

Websure Client

The Client Management module is the core of the Websure System, controlling the underlying Policy Management, Claims and Financial Modules. Each client can have any number of policies of different type and covering any number of risks attached to the client record.

Websure Policy

This module manages personal and commercial classes of business. It allows for multiple policies of different types to attach to a single client record, creating an environment from within which the entire insurance portfolio of the client is managed.

Websure Claim

The Websure Claims module enables the management of all short term insurance claims relating to policies recorded by the Websure Policy Management module, retaining full details of all claims movements, whether current or historical.

Websure Finance

The Insurance Accounting Module forms the core repository for all financial information on the Websure system, including full on-line debtors and creditors ledgers.

Websure Reports

All the reports that are necessary to efficiently manage short term insurance business, are produced by the system. There are a number of month-end reports as well as numerous on-line reports resident in Websure.

Websure Interface

The system was built with interfacing to external parties as a prerequisite. A number of interfaces have already been built but others could be easily created to the specification of the interfacing party.

Websure Image

Incoming correspondence, photographs, valuation certificates, vehicle registration documents, Vesa certificates, vehicle inspection certificates and the extent of damages suffered, can be scanned in and attached to the policy, risk or claim files.

Websure Mail

This module enables e-mailing of correspondence to clients saving time and postal costs.
